Fixed a few bugs

I've uploaded a new version of the zip with a few minor bug fixes:

1. You will no longer keep all of your upgrades when you die and restart.
2. Fixed some inconsistent behavior with the rapier. You should now lunge properly when there is an item on the floor between you and the enemy. Note: Attempting to lunge over a weapon will pick up the weapon and cancel your lunge.
